Thank you so much for following my work and the journey of The Tech Exit to its launch day today! I’m grateful for your support in the work to free kids from the harms of digital technology and to recover the beauty, wonder, and true purpose of childhood. If you haven’t already, please order a copy (or two). After that, the most important thing you can do to help is to tell other people about it. Word of mouth is how books reach their readers. So please tell other parents, friends, family members, co-workers, neighbors, anyone you think might benefit from the book’s message. And if you’re on social media, today is a great day to post about the book to help boost people’s awareness on launch day!
Recent Writings and Appearances

I was also on Jonathan Haidt’s After Babel Substack yesterday with a post called “This Summer, Take a Family Digital Detox.” Let a detox be the first step for your family in exiting digital technologies over the longer term. And summer is a great time to try it out.
I was on Allie Beth Stuckey’s podcast Relatable last Thursday talking about my book, particularly the dangers of tablets and screen time on young children. You can watch the entire interview here. Here’s a short clip from it:
The Dispatch ran an adapted excerpt on Saturday from the book called “An Adult World, Without Adults” about how parental controls don’t work.
My interview on the Undercurrents podcast with Emily Jashinsky, released yesterday, watch here. As well as an interview I did with The Moment of Truth podcast, which you can watch here;
